iPhone SE iOS 15.1, 15.2. 15.3 bluetooth connectivity issues

Hi, since 15.1 onwards my SE (1st gen) is experiencing bluetooth connection issues to any car or blutooth speaker/headphones.

Audio playback is being sent a play/pause signal every few seconds - the phone display shows this, using iTunes and Spotify.

Phone calls, the phone is 'put down' shortly after starting a call.

Hey Siri, cancels Siri within seconds while still asking something.

I've tried resetting and removing all bluetooth connections which has made no difference.

No physical contact with the phone, but the phone acts like you're stopping playback or ending a call etc - only while connected to bluetooth devices.

If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Make sure that your Bluetooth accessory and iOS or iPadOS device are close to each other.
Turn your Bluetooth accessory off and back on again.
Make sure that your Bluetooth accessory is on and fully charged or connected to power.

Same problem here, with a 13pro and a 13pro max. It’s not a connection problem, it’s connecting normally and keeping the connection, but when playing music from spotify or itunes it doesn’t go smoothly, but with many pauses like it is away from iphone almost loosing connection but it’s not.

I just barely avoided an accident when my iPhone 11 with 15.3 started with its regular connectivity issues. Apparently it will take a fatal accident and a savvy attorney for Apple to address (and correct) the problem. I hope it is not one of you.

Did it start after you installed 15.3? Mine started after I installed 15.1, 15.2 fixed it and had no issues with connection until I installed 15.3!!

Same problem, iPhone 11 iOS 15.3.1 and disconnected automatically when I am calling or recieve any call. I never have a problem with same car and different iPhone models but different iOS than 15.3
