Charge for iTunes
I’m trying to find how how to dispute a charge that appeared on my bank account August 8th from iTunes-my last purchase was July 2019
i can’t locate any contact information and believe this to be fraud

If you've looked at the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts you have linked to the card and not found it (and checked iCloud storage upgrade) : See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
and if it's not : About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
