Over charging

i’ve been getting charged $10.99 twice a week for months now and haven’t had time to call because i’m a student but i need a refund for all the charges. i have checked my subscriptions and i’m supposed to be paying the student prices for apple music.

If you think you've been overcharged on your iTunes account contact iTunes Support and see what they say : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
