My macbook suddely slow down in middle of working and its so slow after restart.

I was about to play league of legends on my macbook pro late 2011 13 inches that my finder froze and my game become so laggy, so I restart it but then it was super slow to open up, like it takes 30m for finder to load and couldnt open anything.

I checked its hardware with pressing D in startup and there was no problem, opened bootcamp and everything works fine in windows.

After searching in google I find out I can fix this by deleting finder.plist file but there were like 20 finder.plist with numbers after them and I couldnt delete 5-6 of them and sfter resrart my desktop was a mess without solvong the problem.

Oh right and with every restart I see an error say it cant find passwords and I have tp reset it to default.

I had similar problem with my MacBook Pro mid 2012 and video playback.

If this occurs, go and start Activity Monitor and see, what app or service does this. In my case it was the photo service "com.apple.photos.ImageConversionService" ... I had to leave the MacBook running for an hour or two, it did its thing and later was everything OK.

I never delete anything from system - I am not a Pro with Terminal and this kind of stuff, so I leave it better alone. And, as I see with Your system not running, I'm doing the right thing.
