Icloud account issue

I have been trying to simply update a few apps on my phone; however, each time I try to do so a verification code is sent to “my other iPhone.” This has been giving me a problem because I don’t have access to my other iPhone...is it possible if that phone can be unlinked from my current phone? I need answers!

You can have the two-factor authentication code sent to a trusted number instead -- Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support.
