How do I add another device to my Apple ID?

Hello everyone, I have an iPhone 6s 128 GB and I have a simple question: is there any way to link my Apple ID to another device, so that another device can also receive Apple ID verification codes?

For example: whenever I try to access iCloud via web on my PC, it asks me to allow the device access from iPhone and enter the verification code sent to my phone.

How do I make my PC or another phone, for example, also be able to receive Apple ID verification codes?

Sign into another device using your Apple ID in all the places you signed into your phone.
