Apple Care Extension
I plan to purchase Applecare service with my new iPad. Can my Chase Visa Signature credit card extend my Applecare service?

That is purely a matter for your credit card. Ask Chase. If they are like my credit card it refers to the manufacturer's warranty which is not Applecare. It mostly duplicates what Applecare does, though it can be more hassle to deal with getting refunded fro a problem, and does not cover the extra support etc.
