Forgot my parental passcode
I forgot my passcode to limit screen time and parental settings.. I have tried to reset my phone data and settings and is asking for the passcode, the same one I forgot!

You will have to follow this: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support and set up the device as new, NOT from your backup.
