Apps store issues

What can I do about this issue in the App Store !!. I couldn’t even download any kinds of new apps or neither could update the apps that I have !!.

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
