I am very sorry, I forgot to cancel my iTunes subscription because of student status. Today 6,99 have been taken from my account. Is it possible to grt them back? Or change for student status? :(

My itunes I am a current student and was being over charged on my iTunes bill the last couple of months. I seemed support to fix the issue and they canceled my subscription. I have been trying to renew my subscription for the last 3 days. I confirm my student email with unidas and then go to my playlist there is nothing there and it ask me to chooses a subscription again. This is becoming very aggravating. About Apple music subscription Hi there, I used to subscribed the apple music with student price. However, from this month, it charges me $15 which is just single subscription fee for no reason. So I've requested the refund. After that, I've tried to re subscribe student one but I couldn't find the page which I want to verify the student eligibility and it not showing up even though I'm trying to. Is there any ways that I can resubscribe apple music with student price? kind regards, Minjeonog

FYI, this is a user to user technical forum, it is not possible for us to do refund.

Note: In the Terms of Service, all purchases are final.

You can use the Report a Problem link in your e-mail receipt and try to make a claim.
