About Apple music subscription

Hi there,

I used to subscribed the apple music with student price.

However, from this month, it charges me $15 which is just single subscription fee for no reason.

So I've requested the refund. After that, I've tried to re subscribe student one but I couldn't find the page which I want to verify the student eligibility and it not showing up even though I'm trying to.

Is there any ways that I can resubscribe apple music with student price?
