No, all standard laptops are available at the stores if they have them in stock. Custom configured computers are only available online. Call the store and ask them if they have the model you are looking for in stock. We users do not have access to a store's inventory.

Do you have a specific configuration? There are multiple Apple Stores and Apple Authorized Reseller throughout New York, and in particular New York City. The Apple Store at Grand Central Terminal is possibly the most interesting Apple Store anywhere.

Not sure if you're going to be able to get all that in stock. Definitely no store in NY is going to have the Russian keyboard. That would need to be special ordered. It might even be built to order. I tried a configuration like your request and got it for two weeks.
