I am attempting to put shortcuts for my wife and child on the infograph watch face, but for some reason it doesn't recognized either of these two contacts. I tried deleting them and reselecting, but that didnt work. I then deleted and recreated the contacts themselves on my iphone, but I still can't get the watch to recognize either contact. Any ideas?

UPDATE... I charged the watch up, turned it back on, and somehow the pictures and functionality of the contacts were working. Thank you so much for the above info. My guess is that after I changed the photos for the contacts, it had to wait until it was cloud synced to work again. Could be wrong, but that's my theory and I'm sticking to it.. :)
Ok, the contacts are on the watch now, but they have no pictures or functionality. Everything else on the face functions normally. What could be causing this?
