My phone went to grayscale and I have followed the steps to change it back to color numerous times without success. Please help
Did you try also a forced restart?--> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
If you get no improvements, have it inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider:--> Apple – Location Selector

Make some more attempts, keeping in mind that you MUST press and hold your SIDE button untill you see the Apple Logo.

I was unable to force a restart.
