triple charged

hi i have been charged three times for the same exact app in the same day, also the app does not work at all. can you please help me with this.

Check your purchase history:--> See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

then Check your subscriptions:--> View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

then Check your bank statement if the money was really withdrawn.

If you get no help, contact Itunes Store Support team and explain your problem, filling out and submitting this form: iTunes Store – Contact Us – Apple Support
