Charged twice for the same app

Why did I get charged two times for one app

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 12

We are fellow users, we won't know what you have or haven't been charged for. If it shows twice on the iTunes account's purchase history, and if you don't think you should have been charged twice for exactly the same thing, contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
