mobile data not working

mobile data not on. when i on my mobile data than show me message.

(PDP Authentication failure ) please resolve this problem

Two things to try:


Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings.... keeping in mind that this procedure also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before, but NO other data is affected.

When done, restart your iPhone, and test it.


If you get no improvements, I would contact your carrier and ask them. In many cases they are able to reset your SIM and let you re-use cellular data.
