Thank you for clarifying the question, Ammy_ofmarble. You can delete anything you don't want to include in your iTunes Library.

Delete music, movies, and TV shows from your device -- The steps are under "Delete items in iTunes".

Cheers!

Hey, Ammy_ofmarble.

I see that you're wondering if you can delete your iTunes library since you've not subscribed to Apple Music, and I'm glad to explain.

Turn on iCloud Music Library with Apple Music -- This article provides the information and steps that you need under "If you don't see your content on all of your devices". There may come a time when you need your original music library to update your iCloud Music Library. Also, make sure that iCloud Music Library is turned on in iTunes. Those steps are under "On your Mac or PC".

Take care.
