Hi is it Possible to update my phone without connecting it to wifi
updating it with my own data?

When you say, "my own data", I'm guessing that you are referring to your cellular data. If that is the case, the answer is no. You either have to update the device over wi-fi, or you need to connect to the computer and iTunes and update that way. Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
