I am following the instructions (Sys Pref, Manage Lower right corner) to get to "manage" in iCloud to buy more storage but in my Sts Pref there is no Manage in the lower right corner. I assume that I am doing something wrong - but I don't know what. Help!

then click Manage in the lower right corner.

Sorry but I'm not sure what is happening; you may want to go to an Apple Store or Authorized Service or contact Apple Support (there is a Contact Support link at the top right of this page).
I have tried the sequence of steps and still do not get to an iCloud screen that shows manage. When I click on iCloud from System Preferences, a small box comes up and asks me to sign in using my Apple ID. Sign in. Next screen asks for pass word. Password. Get message that says mostitch is already signed in to iCloud. I can't get anything else. I really would like to buy more memory. The iCloud icon shows a 1 in a red circle and I haven't been able to figure that out. It has been there for months. I am really REALLY frustrated by this!!
I upgraded to macOSMojave v. 10.14.6. I have gone through all the steps, including clicking iCloud, and get a box asking me to sign in to iCloud. After all those steps, it tells me that I am already signed in to iCloud. There NEVER is a box with "manage" in the lower left corner or anywhere else. I think I did do this before, but don't remember how I got there. Thank-you for your time and attention and hopefully we can solve this
