Identifying Your Keyboard

So, I’m having issues on setting up a mouse I had just bought. I know the mouse works though so I used it on my old laptop but when I try to connect my USB C mouse to my MacBook and do the identifying keyboard setup, the one where you have to press the key that’s on the right of the Shift key in the left side of the keyboard, I have nothing to press because there is no button on the right of the Shift key. So I’m stuck. If anyone could help me solve this problem, that would be great.

yeah, I really don’t have a button for any sides next to the shift keys. For the shift key on the left side, It only has the letter Z on its right and for the right side, the Shift key has nothing on its right, as you see on the new photo.
