That's not macOS. I don't see much around the 'net listed with that name. Only a handful of references to "Global Quest" or "Allied Global Quest", and which may or may not be related to whatever you're encountering here. Which either means it's very new, or really obscure, or maybe part of some added app. Can you confirm the spelling?
