Media sync options

I am trying to download latest iOS but don’t have enough space on iPad. I plugged into laptop and logged into iTunes and it wants me to Chang my media sync options. What does that mean?

How do I change my Media sync options? I am trying to update my iphone 6s, but when I connect my phone to my computer, and try to do the update that way, it says "Updating to IOS 14.0.1 requires 930 MB of free space on your iphone. Please change your media sync options to make more storage available." I am not sure how to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

This message indicates that you can remove any synchronized music, videos, or podcasts from your iPad in order to obtain enough disk space for the update.
