I have a family account with Apple Music. My son has an ipod shuffle which connects via wifi.
No matter what I do (and yes, I have followed the ‘instructions’ and help threads’, I can’t seem to get the shuffle to be able to access Apple Music (yes, Icloud is enabled etc)... Have tried plugging into Mac and Itunes and transferring that way, but has to be via Icloud. Nothing works. Help pls.

iPod Shuffle is not a supported device for Apple Music subscription content. Among other requirements, Apple Music subscription content needs a device with internet connectivity to access the service directly.
Requirements:
iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch: iOS 8.4 or later
Mac or PC: iTunes 12.2 or later
Apple TV: tvOS 9.0 or later
Android phone with Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) or later and the Apple Music app

From your first post. You did say Shuffle.
If you do have an iPod Touch that runs iOS, you can sign in for Apple Music and access the iCloud Music Library.

But this is no help at all.
I’ll check my question, but I’m pretty sure I stated it was an Ipod Touch and that it was connected to the internet via wifi, do meets all the requirements.
