Can you please help me i want FaceTime working on my phone ?

You can use FaceTime over Wi-Fi or over cellular on supported iOS devices. FaceTime isn’t available or might not appear on devices purchased or used in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Pakistan. However, with iOS 11.3 and later, FaceTime is available on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch in Saudi Arabia. And with iOS 12.4 or later, FaceTime is available on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch in Pakistan. Update your device to get FaceTime in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.

I have updated my iPhone to 12.4 now and i got my phone from United Arab Emirates, and this really makes me feel bad it is not appears and most of my friends have it !!! Can you do some help please so i can have it ? I am now out of country but i still I can’t use it !!??

As you know i got my iPhone XR from 21jun2019 it is still new and cost me like 950Usd and really it is very bad to spend this money to think that you can use all the potions on the phone but you will find badly not .

i have many friends have a facetime in DUBAI and the are ok on using... i am Requesting you if you can do something so i can have it and i think it is a fair and i am now not staying on dubai ... !!

Sorry no, you cannot use Facetime with the iPhone from United Arab Emirates.

As stated above, you can not use FaceTime on that model of iPhone. If FaceTime is an important feature, you will need a different device.
