minnie and mickey mouse

hello, i just bought my apple watch yesterday and today i figured out i could let mickey and minnie talk but the application doesnt work for me, i tried connecting to wifi and putting it on the charger to download i also looked if i was on silence mode or something, but none of this worked and i would really like if i’ll be able to use this application can you help me?
