Why do I need to open itunes to cancel a stupid subscription to a VPN that keeps charging me (it charged me for 2 months) and I can not request refund. Each time I try using my samsung phone to cancel it asks to open itunes to cancel the subscription, why????
I finally had to go through hoops to cancel and never got a refund. This seems really broken. Just spent nearly $30 in past 2 months for a VPN I don't even have installed ...

The subscription was done via your iTunes account, it can therefore only be cancelled via that account on an iOS device or a computer's iTunes : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support . You can't stop iOS subscriptions on android devices.

This does not make sense, what if someone steals my phone and I can not afford a new one. I am unable to do it on a PC either.
