move and scale wallpaper

Hi people,

is there any news to move and scale wallpaper from the pictures?

It still does not work for me, using updated iOS12.4 and iPhone 8plus.

I know about workarounds - taking pictures in low resolution or opening and taking screenshots but these do not work well with positioning. Any "real" solution?
