Please help ASAP tks how to recover photos

How can I see or recover photos and videos. My Daighter has deleted all photos and videos and even went to recently deleted items then after the first delete she hit delete again so I was hoping that they were saved on iCloud. Cause I always saved and download to iCloud but can find pics. Please help

Once she deleted from the deleted folder, they are irretrievably gone, I'm afraid.
