Apple Card Application

I have received an invite to apply for the new Apple Credit Card, however the card is not visible in my Apple Wallet to apply for and if I use the link and launch via the browser I get an error message “Apple Pay Services are not currently available, please try again later” this has now been for four days. Any suggestions on how to solve the issue
