Ipad Glitch
Just turned my ipad on after not using it for over a year, and the screen is glitching. cuts in and out, can touch anything most of the time. Tried restoring it through itunes and that just made it worse.

Have you tried a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?
