can't open activation lock on IPad
I used my apple ID and password but it did not work. it is the same as for my IPhone

If you don't know the Apple ID from the hint you see (it will look something like j*****@me.com as an example), you'll need to find the original purchase receipt with the serial number printed on it and take it with you to Apple for assistance.
