I paid for coins for crossword jam and even tho it showed up on my bank statement, I did not receive my coins

Does it show on the account's purchase history ? If it does, and if it's not just 'pending', contact the game's developer ; if they can't or won't help contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
