Battery not charging / power source: adapter

My 4 month old macbook pro stopped charging, but still showing that the adaptor is plugged.

While I use the macbook plugged, the battery is still going down, I can only charge battery when closing the macbook.

Cable and charger are working fine on another macbook pro.

I reset the SMC, no app is draining, nothing, battery health is perfect, no particular heating.
