Good morning. Since yesterday my cellular settings have been blank and I cannot make or receive calls. I’ve reset my network settings, ejected and reinstalled my SIM card, shutdown my phone and even rebooted it. Is there any explanation for this?

I can't tell from the picture, but does your device have a cellular connection? I see the wireless icon, but then only dots to the left. Please check these help articles. If possible, check for a carrier settings update also:
1. Set up cellular service on iPhone - Apple Support
2. If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
3. Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
