Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

The cellular option under settings is completely blank. I have done all trouble shooting but have no data and can’t make any calls.

You don’t have a cellular network connection.


Has it ever worked? If it hasn’t contact your carrier and ask them to “provision” your account.


If it has worked in the past, also contact your carrier and ask if they have a local outage.


Try force restarting your phone:

  • Press and quickly release Volume Up
  • Press and quickly release Volume Down
  • Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears


If none of this resolves it use the Contact Support link at the top of this page to discuss the issue with an Apple technician.
