iTunes can’t verify the identity of the server “init.itunes.apple.com”. same issue in my iPhone phone
Have you rebooted your router, computer, and device to make sure they're not using cached IP addresses?

Yes i did and didn't work, i realized that my firewall was the problem. when i changed the provider and use direct connection such as mobile networks, it works fine.
Problem solved!
Checking at https://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/ there do seem to have been some issues earlier today which should now be resolved. Are you still having trouble?
