Can't connect to iTunes

Are you trying to connect to iTunes by WiFi or by USB attached to a computer?

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device

i got the ipad reset no probs and got rid of it this morning and apple id was fine.......

connectd to laptop as normally when backing up on icloud for iphone and ipad.. its def an issue with accessing apple id server.

is thr a phone number/
