Hi there
ive tried
Try this If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support
Some have stated doing this - Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings - has resolved their issue.
I have the exact same problem, for 3 days now. Can’t use Imessages because FaceTime server not reachable. I have never used Facetime..Read all articles. It’s an Apple glitch..Hesitating to reset network settings.. I guess I’ll call in to Apple and if a solution is found will report. back.
Problem solved. Called Apple. They had me do a Reset Network settings. totally solved the problem. Just had to re-enter my wi-fi password, as that gets erased. It was a connectivity issue so they basically refreshed the network settings, which is wi-fi.All good now, back to normal. to do this, go to Settings, General, at bottom, Reset, then Rest Network Settings.
Then you contact Apple support as outlined in the link I provided.
th for your reply. At least it’s not just me. I’ll try to contact them as well and I will post you a reply as well. Thanks
So did hard reset this morning 24 hours later and it’s all working fine-Apple help said it must have been a glitch in software
