I was able to use iMessage and FaceTime on my iPad but now I can not. I am asked to sign in and I get the error, can’t connect to the server. From my iPhone I can successfully use both services. I do not know how I got signed out on my iPad in the first place. Specific error: FaceTime Activation, unable to contact the FaceTime server. Try again

What year and model iPad do you have/own?
The “A” model number can be found on aluminium back of your iPad in small print right under the larger bold print “iPad”.
What iOS/iPadOS version is this iPad, currently, running?
What is the rated, internal data storage space model of your iPad and how much of this free, internal data storage capacity is left inside of your iPad model?
Once the iPad updated then everything started working again. I was able to log into iMessage and FaceTime with no issues.
