Photos in Screen Saver in OS Mojave
Photos does not appear as an option on the Source menu in the Screen Saver options. When I click Choose Folder, Photos Library is not highlighted as an option

Open the Photos app., click on Photos> Preferences from the menubar click on General.
Look at Library Locations and make sure your photos library that you want to use for your screensaver
has been selected.
In Screensaver Preferences choose one of the screensavers with the ladybug and then next to Source you should see
Photo Library.

Thank you. I did what you suggested. My photos library was already selected. Then when I opened the Screen Saver in preferences, it was suddenly on Photos again. Don't know if just checking did the trick.
