Can't find itunes backup on pc

2 weeks ago, I restored my computer (Acer Aspire E 15 running windows 10) back to factory settings. When I got ready to install iTunes, I was shocked to discover I had to download it from Windows Store. I downloaded it with no problems, and have been able to use it just fine - including backing up my iPhone. But I back up my backups (on my 4tB external hard drive). I was surprised to discover they are no longer where they used to be (C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup). In fact, "Apple Computer" isn't even under Roaming any more. So I need to know where to look for the backups that iTunes made of my iPhone. Can anyone please tell me where to look? And please don't link to https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204215#findiTunes because it doesn't work for my question!

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!

I understand from your post that you have not been able to locate your iPhone backups after updating iTunes. If your iPhone backup was not listed in the file path you provided then it could be listed under C:\Users\<Username>\Apple\MobileSync\Backup.

THANK YOU!!! That's where it was hiding! Someone needs to update the Apple link to reflect that.
