Removing Disk Partition(s)

I have a 2017 MBP 14,3 running version 10.14.6. I installed Parallels-14, and it messed up my system whereby Disk Utility notes corruption and unrepairable errors. There is nothing of value on those partitions. I have weeded out as much as possible of Parallels from my Mac. I made a 1 to 1 CCC back-up on an external HD. I need to know the best to get rid of the partitions and reinstall the macOS. Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like you want to boot into Recovery Mode (Command + R) or better yet Internet Recovery Mode (Command + Option + R) and erase the physical drive and reinstall macOS. In Disk Utility you will need to click on "View" and select "Show All Devices" so that the physical SSD shows up in the left pane of Disk Utility. Connecting the laptop directly to the router using an Ethernet cable may produce faster and more reliable connection than doing the recovery over WiFi.
