Plays videos with sound but no picture

i cant play any video's that's video running, but just sound,not picture, the picture black

This is a user to user support forum. You're not talking to Apple. Try If you can't stream or watch video content from the iTunes Store or third-party apps - Apple Support and/or Feedback - iTunes - Apple.
