contacting Apple support

How do I contact apple support when my MacBook Air isn’t covered by apple care.

I have the early 2015 model and it has black screened and won’t turn back on. I’ve tried contacting them via phone and chat but it won’t let me. And my nearest apple store is around 1700km away in the city.

Is there any way I can mail it to them to fix? Or another way to contact them?

Please start your own thread with pertinent details.

You are not addressing Apple. We are all end users volunteering our time to help. Threatening us is not helpful.

You will need to address iTunes support if there are any payment problems.
