can not forward landline calls to an iphone

Hello,

I am not able to forward the landline calls to an iphone. When selecting mobile number to forward calls on from a landline it is not working, the call are still coming on the landline and are not redirected to an iphone. Software is up to date. Tried to turn off and back on. All the settings are correct and number is not blocked. Any advice?
