Is there a way to add another phone number to my iMessage account. I am only getting messages on one number but can’t find how or where to add another. I found in settings the number and email receiving and sending but can’t change or add.
Since his iPhone is tied to his Apple ID, you cannot add that number to your iPad.
iPad is not a sharing device and only supports one user. Tell hubby it's time he had his own iPad.
No it’s my husband id but am sharing iPad.
As I said above, iPad is a single user device. You cannot both text from the same iPad. You each need your own device.

You're welcome. Since you use iPad more than hubby, get a newer one for you, wipe the one you have and let him set it up for his use. If the iPad isn't a newer model, you'll have the advantage of a newer one and he'll get one that he uses occasionally.
Is this number you want to add an iPhone which is also on the same Apple ID as your iPhone and iPad?
We are both using it. Me more than him.
