iCloud is stuck on ‘waiting for 184 photos’

My son shared photos with me and from his iPhone to my iPhone via text. The link keeps saying it is waiting for the photos. I went through all of suggestions (updating, making sure share photos in clicked on). It still doesn’t work.

photo could not be downloaded My husband and I share photos. I tried to download some of these shared photos from icloud and get the following message: "Photos could not be downloaded. Photos could not be downloaded at this time due to an error. Please try again later." I can still download the non-shared photos. Does anyone have any ideas? TIA.

iCloud photos upload issue Hey everyone. I recently purchased iCloud+ in order to upload all my photos and free some space on my phone, but the upload doesn't appear to be making progress. I've deactivated and re-activated iCloud photos to see if it would kickstart, but it hasn't. I've left it plugged overnight connected to my WiFi and still stuck like this: Does anyone have some advice? Thanks!

iCloud photo update is ridiculously slow... Have an iPad and a Mac and they automatically send photos from iCloud back and forth to each other. Lately though, it has not uploaded photos at all and has been stuck for a few days even though I only have 10 items saved since the last upload (20 or so were screenshots and other material I deleted. It usually doesn't take this long, can I get a fix for this? Below is what my Mac says vs my iPad:
