My 256 G of storage on my iphone X is is completely full. My $9.99 iCloud Storage plan is empty.
Can anyone help me fix this issue. I've had an iPhone since the 3G and have never had any problems with iCloud since it became available. Thanks for any help

If you want to backup to the cloud you can do choose what to backup via Settings > id > iCloud, and then take a backup via iCloud Backup on that screen.
If you want to create space on the actual phone you can see what is using storage via Settings > General > iPhone Storage and see where you could create space by deleting things e.g. copying photos and videos from the Photos app to your computer and then deleting them (Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support), copying store purchases over (films, tv programmes, music)
