iCloud backup isn’t working. Why does it say not enough storage when there is?

My iPhone 14 Plus says not enough iCloud storage but it shows 29.5 MB of 5GB used. So why won’t it backup?

Troubleshooting iPhone-to-iCloud Backups:

You're likely trying to backup more than 5GB of data. So, increase your iCloud plan to get the most out of it:
